Student Grievance Redressal Cell

About

Grievance While the term "Grievance Redressal" primarily covers the receipt and processing of complaints from students, a wider definition includes actions taken on any issue raised by them to avail academics services more effectively. Grievance Redressal mechanism is mandated in Government agencies and departments that are directly involved with serving organizations.

The function of the cell is to look into the complaints lodged by any student, and judge according its nature. The Grievance cell is also authorized to look into matters of harassment. Anyone with a genuine grievance may approach the department members in person, or in consultation with the nodal officer in-charge Students Grievance Cell.

  • To create healthy environment for students and faculty.
  • Advising students of the institution to respect the right and dignity of one another.
  • Encouraging the Students to express their grievances with freely mind and frankly.

  • The cases will be attended promptly on receipt of written grievances from the students.
  • The cell formally will review all cases and will act accordingly as per the college rules.
  • The cell will give report to the authority about the cases attended to and the number of pending cases, if any, which require direction and guidance from the.
  • Advising all staffs to affectionate students.
